What this nation needs - now more than ever - is not a specific military draft, but a two-year National Service requirement. No deferments. No excuses. Rich and poor; Left and Right. Everyone out of high school contributes. You may join the Armed Services, or rehabilitate our National Parks, or prepare and deliver hot meals to the elderly - but you will serve our Nation.
